Shipping

All products are shipped from the Netherlands using a secure and traceable shipping method. For orders over €40/€65/€75/€150 (depending on your region), we offer free shipping. You do not need to enter a discount code; free shipping is automatically applied during checkout and includes all shipping costs.

After placing your order, we can no longer cancel or change it, as we process the order immediately. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow the package. The expected delivery time is indicated below, but please note that delivery times are estimates.

Free shipping:

  • On all orders over €40 for the Netherlands
  • On all orders over €65 for België & Germany
  • On all orders over €75 for France
  • On all orders over €150 for the rest of Europe.

For orders below the thresholds described above, the following shipping costs apply:

BUCKLE UP is only shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Insured shipping (optional)

In addition to normal shipping, we offer insured shipping. With this shipping option, your order is insured against loss during transport.

Costs of insured shipping

  • € 5,95 for orders below the free shipping amount
  • € 2,95 for orders eligible for free shipping

What is covered under insured shipping?

A package is considered lost when:

  • The package remains stuck for a long time at “in transit” in the track & trace
  • The carrier can no longer locate the package
  • The package is officially marked as missing by the carrier

After completion of the investigation, we will ensure:

  • A free reshipment, or
  • A full refund, if reshipment is not desired or possible

Investigation by the carrier

When a package has not been received, we always first start an official investigation with the carrier.

  • The average duration of this investigation is approximately 5 working days
  • During this period, it is investigated where the package is located or where it may have gone wrong
  • The outcome of this investigation is decisive for further handling

Non-received packages and verification

When an order is registered by the carrier as delivered, but reported by the customer as not received, we apply a verification procedure.

Verification procedure

To prevent misunderstandings and abuse, we may ask the customer to provide additional information. This may include:

  • A written statement in which the customer confirms not having received the package
  • Verification of the provided delivery address
  • Inquiry with housemates, neighbors, or the delivery point
  • An identity verification, for example by showing or partially obscuring a valid ID (where sensitive data such as BSN may be obscured)
  • Other relevant information necessary for the investigation

Investigation and handling

If necessary, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
As long as this investigation and verification procedure are ongoing, no refund or replacement delivery will take place.

After completion of the investigation, it will be determined based on the outcome whether the order:

  • Resent, or
  • The purchase amount will be refunded

Customer cooperation

If the customer refuses to cooperate with the verification procedure, we reserve the right to not process the report further.
