What is the delivery time of my order?
Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands. Our standard delivery time is therefore 1-2 working days (within the Netherlands). Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow the shipment. See our shipping page for more information.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free delivery for orders over €40 (within the Netherlands). For orders below this amount, delivery charges apply. See our delivery page for more information.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been sent. Contact us directly and we will assist you further.
I want to return my order, but how?
You can return the belt if you do not like it, as long as the product is in its original condition and falls within our return policy. Contact our customer service for more information about the return procedure.

How does the automatic buckle work?
The automated buckle uses a ratchet system. Each time you tighten the belt, you 'click' the buckle into the desired position. The buckle has multiple adjustment points, so you can easily adjust the belt without using holes. The system ensures that the belt stays firmly in place and does not slip.
Tip: cut the belt little by little, so you never cut too far!
Can I shorten the belt?
Yes, the belt is easy to shorten. The belt is delivered separately from the buckle by default, so you can adjust it to your size yourself. Simply cut the straight end of the belt to the desired length. Then place the shortened belt into the buckle and fasten it securely. This way, you will have a perfectly fitting belt within minutes!

What material is the belt made of?
We use high-quality split leather for all our belts. This means that the outside of the belt is made of natural cowhide, while the inside consists of reinforced material. This combination ensures a longer lifespan of the belt and helps reduce our ecological footprint.
