Welcome to BUCKLE UP Belts! By using our webshop (buckleup-belts.com) and placing an order, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions below. Please read them carefully, as they apply to all products and services we offer.

1. Definitions

  • "We", "us" or "BUCKLE UP Belts" refers to the company operating the webshop and offering the products.
  • "Customer" or "you" refers to the person using the website and/or placing an order.
  • "Products" refers to the goods offered on the website.
  • "Agreement" refers to the purchase agreement between BUCKLE UP and the customer.

2. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements, offers, orders, deliveries, and services offered via the website buckleup-belts.com.

3. Offer and pricing

  • All products on the website are subject to availability.
  • The prices of the products include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are listed separately and are added on top of the product price.
  • BUCKLE UP Belts reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. The prices applicable to the order are those at the time the order is placed.

4. Order

  • Orders can be placed via the webshop. To place an order, you must follow the steps indicated on the website.
  • After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. This is not an acceptance of the order but a confirmation of receipt of your order.

5. Payment

  • The customer can make payments via the payment methods offered on the website (for example iDEAL, credit card, PayPal).
  • Payments must be made immediately after ordering, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within the specified period.

6. Delivery

  • Deliveries take place to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
  • Delivery times are given as an indication. BUCKLE UP Belts makes every effort to deliver the products as soon as possible but is not liable for delays caused by third parties (such as delivery services).
  • All risks related to the products pass to the customer at the moment of delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons within 30 days after receipt of the order.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform BUCKLE UP Belts in writing or by email of the wish to cancel the order.
  • The customer must return the products in undamaged and unused condition, including the original packaging. The costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
  • In case of a successful withdrawal, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including any standard shipping costs (but not the costs of the return shipment).

8. Warranty and conformity

Our products are produced and inspected with care. If there is a manufacturing or material defect, we ask you to report this to us within 4 weeks after delivery. Depending on the situation, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund.

This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.

The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects and not to:

  • damage caused by incorrect or careless use;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • damage caused by external influences.

9.Ā Liability

  • BUCKLE UP Belts is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
  • BUCKLE UP Belts is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.

10. Limitation of liability

  • Damage to the gift packaging during transport is outside our responsibility and does not entitle replacement or compensation.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of BUCKLE UP Belts or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark law, and other intellectual property rights.
  • The customer is not allowed to use, copy, or reproduce the content of the website without permission.

12. Privacy and data protection

  • BUCKLE UP Belts respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation (for example, the General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR).

13. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions

  • BUCKLE UP Belts reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. We recommend regularly consulting the Terms and Conditions.

14. Applicable law and disputes

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
  • Disputes arising from or related to the agreement between BUCKLE UP Belts and the customer shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
