At BUCKLE UP Belts we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided you meet the conditions below.
Return Conditions
- You can return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
- If there is a manufacturing or material defect, we ask you to report this to us within 4 weeks of delivery.
- The products must be unused and undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. The product must show no signs of use and must be in a saleable condition.
- The products may only be returned if they are in their original, undamaged condition, including all labels and packaging.
Important: If the belt has been cut and made to your size, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
1. How does returning work?
Follow the steps below to return a product:

Register your return: Contact us by email at info@buckleup-belts.com or via our contact form on the website, and indicate which products you want to return. Please include your order number, the products you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Pack the product carefully: Fill in the enclosed "Return/exchange form" and make sure the product is well packed, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage during transport.

Return shipment: After registering, you will receive a link by email to our return portal to obtain your return label.
Note: Returning/exchanging on your own initiative (without using the return portal) is not possible.
2. Refund
- Once we have received and checked your return shipment, we will refund you the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 10 days.
- The amount to be refunded will be returned in the same way as the original payment was made (for example via iDEAL, PayPal, credit card).
- It may take a few days before the refunded amount is visible in your account, depending on your payment method.
3. Excluded from return
The following belts cannot be returned:
- Products that have been specially cut to your size.
- Products and/or packaging that show visible signs of use or damage after receipt.
4. Defective or damaged products
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 7 days of receipt) via info@buckleup-belts.com or our contact form.
5. Gift wrapping
Although we ensure that the products and gift wrapping are packed firmly and safely for shipping, it may happen that the packaging is damaged during transport.
Note: We are not liable for any damage to the gift wrapping that occurs during transport. Damage to the gift wrapping does not entitle you to compensation, replacement, or a new wrapping.
6. Loss of the return package
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Please make sure to return the package using a traceable shipping method so you can track the return package.
